Rules and Regulations
- Students must be present inside the school at 9:00 a.m. on every working day. Habitual late comers will be sent home.
- Attendance at the morning assembly is compulsory. Students should arrive on time, join the assembly, and move to their classrooms in a quiet and orderly manner.
- Students are expected to speak only in English.
- Students should be clean and neatly dressed in full school uniform. The school uniform is to be worn on all school days and for all school functions.
- Girls should have their hair plaited/braided and tied with black ribbons. Boys should have a regular haircut and not have long hair.
- Students are expected to handle school property with utmost care. Any damage to school property must be reported to the class teacher or the Principal.
- Care must be taken to keep the school building and campus clean. Garbage and leftovers must be thrown only into the dustbins.
- No student should leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
- Lending or borrowing money or other articles is strictly forbidden.
- Students should not bring expensive items such as gold ornaments, watches, or electronic gadgets like cell phones, cameras, or music players to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of any such items.
- Bullying, use of foul language, or any form of indiscipline is a punishable offense and may lead to suspension or expulsion from the school.
- 80% of attendance is compulsory for all the students to appear for the final examination.
- Parents/Guardians can meet the teachers only on the last Saturday of every month between 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. to discuss the progress of their children.
- Parents can meet the Principal on all Fridays between 4.15 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Decision of the school Management is final and binding in any dispute that arises with the school. Legal jurisdiction is Sankarankovil.
